They were extremely helpful to talk to. Everything he said about the mini was exactly true in perfect condition and we were over the moon with it. Everything went smoothly and delivered to our door also the driver was very helpful took time with us and we had a drive in it to before he left. I would definitely recommend dealing with this garage they even give you a call after you have had the car to see if everything OK and also to give them a call if you have any problems. My experience with MI Prestige was amazing.

Mem and his son went above and beyond for me. They honestly have the best customer service I've received. There was no question that was left unanswered.
When my insurance came back more expensive than it was the first time I looked, Mem had the decency to help me and adjust the price of the car so that it didn't have as much impact on my pocket. These details go a long way and show how much him and his son cares about doing good business.

My next car will definitely be coming from MI Prestige. 5 stars isn't enough for them. If I could give 10 then I would!

You can tell they care about the customer's satisfaction unlike many other car dealers I had approached before who I had a very bad vibe from just by even texting.

The car was very much in great condition and exactly what was advertised as, we done a test drive, they explained the main car functions and pretty much answered all the questions I had for him and made himself available for anything else i could need in the future, making me feel secure in the big purchase I was about to make.

For that reason, I would go back to get another car if I needed to and I recommend them to friends and family.

We Brought a BMW 5 Series from MI prestige and had a good experience dealing with the gents. It's a family run business with the Dad, Uncle and Son and they take a lot of pride in their company and come across friendly and polite but without the arrogance and waffling of other car salesman.

A couple of weeks after buying the car we had a problem with the tpms sensor and phoned them. The next day they took it in to the garage replaced all 4 sensors without any fuss and goes to show what a great buisness they run. Anyone can be nice when selling you the car but it's how you deal with a problem that really shows if they are honest and trustworthy, Thankyou guys!

I'd like to say the guy I dealt with Mem is a great bloke. I bought a 320 I Bmw. after running the car for a couple of weeks I noticed there was a noise coming from the engine. I called him to let him know. His communication was really good to be fair to him. The issue with the car was something most people wouldn't have noticed he immediately worked with me to sort the issue. This car dealer is a very trustworthy team or would recommend buying a car from them.

The BMW we were buying needed a very careful rear diffuser adjustment to take a detachable tow bar. The solution was first class and looked very neat! I was very surprised how Mem at MI Prestige was so honest and true to his word. I have purchased many cars in the past from car salesman who promise the world but catch you out in other ways. Mem is the first car dealer in all my life to have gone above and beyond to help me as a customer. After I agreed to purchase the car with a new MOT, he also had the car serviced from the main dealer with an extra cam belt kit, brake pads and discs all round and top up the AC. To be honest I am so overwhelmed by the whole experience with Mem, I could not believe how helpful and the dedication from him and all his team from start to finish. Mi Prestige called me and updated me at every process and updated me every step of the way. I will only ever buy cars from him in the future as they make the whole process stress free. Mem, Izzy and Ben are a fantastic group of guys, very helpful, and are brilliant at what they do. Top top guys.
From the very first contact with Mem, he was such a lovely honest guy, was so helpful and gave me all the right information about the car. He even did a video call without an appointment and showed me around the car for 30 mins.
After we went through the details of the car I went to view the car in London and it was prepared, ready and waiting. In fact due to traffic I was abit late, but Mem and his brother Izzy took their time showing us everything on the car, and took us for an extended test drive, and showed us everything on the car from A-Z even though they both were due to visit their elderly mother. Not many people would do that these days.
The following week after the vehicle finance was sorted, I went down to pick the car up. The process was seamless, took about 30 mins, and both Mem and Izzy could not have been any nicer. There were a few little bits I wanted sorting before purchasing, which were all done as promised before I went down. They even changed a tyre that they had noticed had a slit in it, which was so kind and generous of them.
Honestly, these guys are a pleasure to do business with, and the car is fantastic and just what I wanted. Looks brand new, spec is amazing and my wife loves it. Would definitely buy from these guys again as it's not just the car that was nice, the level of service was impeccable from this family run business. âï¸ âï¸ âï¸âï¸âï¸

I can't recommend Mi Prestige highly enough. Mem, his brother Izzy and son Ben were so helpful and easy to talk to. I had been looking for a while for the right car that ticked all the boxes for me and had some disappointing experiences with other dealers. Having found their advert and checked the details, I called Mem and we had a good talk about the car, he went through the service history with me and we booked the following morning for a test drive. Two days later I collected the freshly valeted car with a new MOT and all the paperwork sorted. I've only had the car two days now, but I'm very pleased with it and so relieved to have found an honest, open and helpful bunch of guys at Mi Prestige.

- I arranged an AA Inspection of the car, which Mem helped coordinate

You'd struggle to find a better buying experience than with Mem. His pride in his family-run business is clear and I feel very well looked after as a customer. He has gone above and beyond in making sure I was happy with the car I bought, and he took care of some minor issues that surfaced after purchase. After seeing a vehicle advertised on Auto Trader I contacted MI Prestige to ask a specific question about seat adjustments before making the journey to view the car. Mem was extremely helpful and went to check to make sure he didn't give incorrect information.

Mem was great to deal with for my purchase of a merc GLC. A few weeks after purchasing the car the dreaded engine light came on. However, Mem arranged for the car to be collected, covered the costs of the repairs and delivered the car back to me within days. A couple of weeks after that, there was another fault with the brake pad sensor - once again, Mem sorted it out right away. Both faults were nothing that could have been spotted before the sale - you can never know what to expect from a used car, but at least with Mem you can expect excellent service.

So just a further review now we've had a few weeks ownership. Love the car and nothing negative until I was out with my wife in the car when she needed to accelerate hard but there was little reaction from the car which I didn't understand. I took the car out the day after and it clearly wasn't accelerating as it should. I contacted Mems. He couldn't have been more helpful and arranged to get the car looked at. Turned out to be faulty swirl flaps which he arranged to have replaced with no charge to myself which I thought was incredibly kind. The car runs like a completely different car and how it should drive. When I test drove it initially I was happy but in all honesty never really put my foot down hard as I never drive like that. Mems was clearly in the same boat as myself. So cars all good and Mems clearly wants things to be right for his customers. I'm sure there may have been others out there that would have wiped their hands clean once the sale had been done. So again I'd have no hesitation in recommending this company. Thank you again Mem

I sent an enquiry through Autotrader and very promptly Mem the owner of MI Prestige rang to follow up. He was very friendly, and not pushy at all. I was able to put down a refundable deposit on the car, and a couple of days later we went to look at the car. Mem was just as friendly in person as on the phone, and showed us the car. He let us take it for a test drive. We were able to pay and drive away the car straight away. A couple of days we discovered a fault with the media/bluetooth functionality of the car and got in contact with Mem. He arranged to get fault resolved through replacement of the module and all is fine. We are so happy with the car!

Mem was just so down to earth and not at all pushy, he really cares that the customer is getting the best service and a quality car, and was able to tell us that he can source a car in the future if we know what we want. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

After having a shocking experience with a VW main dealer I was left without a car and feeling quite embarrassed that I had bought a complete lemon! Main thing I was refunded but was left desperate to find a good car quickly.
Always a minefield and I was dreading the experience. Expected travel, endless calls and some idiot telling me what I need from a car.

I found the Touareg that MI Prestige had advertised. Looked good, great options in budget and local. Too good to be true I'm thinking!
After speaking to Mem and explaining that I wasn't in the mood for typical salesman nonsense as I've been there with VW and it all ended badly, I soon realised he's a good guy.

The car sold itself. Mem was himself and treated me like a friend. No nonsense, not pushy, just decent. The test drive wasn't rushed and he gave me the time I needed.

Mem knows his cars and has been in the trade for a long time. Seems he's creating a business that has had the bad bits of car buying removed! I'm impressed and a happy customer.

I will be telling others about MIP and will be in touch for my next car for sure.

After seeing a bmw for sale at MI Presige I contacted Mem and went down to see him and the car. Mem showed so much respect and knowledge about the car that I was bowled over by him. A friend of mine who is a mechanic came and looked at the car and was impressed. After agreeing a price I eventually traded in my old car and collected my new one. Mem was not pushy with me and I feel like I have known him for years. He wasn\'t just after my money but really seemed like he cared about me and what I wanted. Having looked at dozens of Range Rover Sports, the thought of looking at one circa 200miles away was a concern, Mem at MI Prestige could not of been more accommodating, sending HD photos & videos through of every part of the vehicle I requested, fitting a test drive in to meet our requirements with totally no pressure from a sales perspective, only too keen to listen to your requirements. The purchase process of the RRS was great whatever we discussed Mem wanted to assist and resolve as best practicable, even arranged a transporter delivery which was not even discussed at the viewing.
